Shipping
Everything is printed to order. Most orders print and ship within 1–3 business days; big dragons can take up to 5. We ship USPS with tracking on every package. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Colors
Our filament rotates every week, so each piece is printed in whatever colors are running on the printers that week. Every one is a little different. Need a specific color for a gift? Message us before ordering and we'll tell you what's on the shelf.
Returns
If something arrives broken or wrong, send a photo within 7 days and we reprint it or refund it — your choice. Because every piece is made to order, we can't take back items that just weren't the color you hoped for; colors rotate weekly and every piece is one of a kind.
Care
PLA plastic. Keep it out of a hot car and away from direct sun on a windowsill — it can soften above about 140°F. Articulated joints loosen up with use; don't force a stiff one, work it gently.
