Refund policy

Every Cluckin' Creek 3D piece is 3D printed to order.

 

Damaged or wrong item: If your order arrives broken, damaged, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will reprint and reship it at no cost, or refund the item, your choice. You do not need to send the damaged item back unless we ask.

 

Color: Our filament rotates weekly and every piece is printed in the colors running that week. Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for color preference or change of mind.

 

Lost packages: If tracking shows your package has not moved for 7 or more days, contact us and we will work with the carrier and reship or refund.

 

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before they are printed. Once printing starts, the order cannot be cancelled.
